These include, but are not limited to, Altdrive, Altpower, AltInvest, Altmobile, Altmall, and Wakeel Business Advance. AltSupa offers a single access point for managing your financial products and services with ease, enhancing your experience with the Alternative Bank.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AltSupa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
3. Eligibility
To use AltSupa, you must:
- Be a registered customer of Alternative Bank.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using the platform.
- Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Alternative Bank reserves the right to refuse access to AltSupa to anyone at its discretion.
4. Registration and Account Creation
To access AltSupa, you must create an account by providing your Bank Verification Number (BVN) and Alternative Bank account number. This will allow the platform to prepopulate your account with available products, services, and credit limits based on a credit search and transaction inflow analysis. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated at all times.
5. Use of AltSupa
You agree to use AltSupa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You agree not to engage in any activity that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the platform or any related systems.
- Falsifies or manipulates personal information or transaction records.
6. Products and Services
AltSupa consolidates multiple financial products and services, including but not limited to:
- Altdrive
- Altpower
- AltInvest
- Altmobile
- Altmall
- Wakeel Business Advance
By using AltSupa, you acknowledge that you understand the features, terms, and conditions of each product/service, as outlined in the specific product details available on the platform.
7. User Experience and Personalization
AltSupa uses your transaction history and financial data to personalize your experience. This includes offering tailored credit limits, product availability, and services based on a credit assessment. You agree to provide necessary consent for the processing of your personal and financial data, as required for these assessments.
8. Security
Alternative Bank takes the security of your information seriously and implements security measures to protect your data on AltSupa. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account's credentials, including your login details. You agree to notify Alternative Bank immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
9. Credit Assessment
AltSupa uses your existing data for efficient and accurate credit assessments, reducing the need for extensive paperwork and delays. You consent to the use of your Bank Verification Number (BVN), Alternative Bank account number, and transaction inflow analysis for such assessments.
10. Fees and Charges
Some services on AltSupa may incur fees or charges. These will be clearly disclosed before you proceed with any transactions. You agree to pay applicable fees of 2% on every successful transaction for the use of AltSupa, and you acknowledge that Alternative Bank reserves the right to modify or introduce new fees in the future within the guidelines of Ethical banking.
11. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide a reliable and secure service, AltSupa is provided on an "as is" basis. Alternative Bank does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or functionality of the platform and is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using AltSupa or any service offered through the platform.
12. Termination of Access
Alternative Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to AltSupa if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if your account is deemed inactive. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform, and any pending transactions or obligations may still need to be settled.
13. Updates to Terms and Conditions
Alternative Bank reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of AltSupa following any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
